1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions: "3mmonitor Mark", "we", "us", "our" refers to 3mmonitor Mark, operating from 20 Anson Road, #09-01 Twenty Anson, Singapore 079912. "You", "User" means any person accessing our website or enrolling in a programme. "Programme" means any financial education course offered by 3mmonitor Mark. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as accepted by you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with an enrolment or use of the website.

3. Nature of Services

3mmonitor Mark provides financial education through structured group programmes. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. Participation in our programmes does not result in the provision of personalised financial recommendations. We encourage all participants to consult a licensed financial adviser for decisions specific to their circumstances.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to limit cohort sizes and to decline enrolment at our discretion. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for ensuring that the programme level is appropriate for your background.

5. Payment Terms

All programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless an instalment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment. Receipts will be issued upon payment confirmation.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all sessions. 3mmonitor Mark reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts a session or causes discomfort to other participants or facilitators, without refund. Recording of sessions without prior written consent from 3mmonitor Mark is not permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, templates, and website content are the intellectual property of 3mmonitor Mark. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal learning purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any materials without written consent is not permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided for educational purposes only. 3mmonitor Mark makes no representations that participation will result in any specific financial outcome, improved investment performance, or qualification. All content reflects general principles and Singapore-specific context at the time of delivery; participants should verify current regulations and product details independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, 3mmonitor Mark's liability for any claim arising from participation in a programme or use of our website shall not exceed the programme fee paid by the relevant participant. 3mmonitor Mark is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Personal financial information shared by participants during sessions is treated as confidential. Facilitators will not disclose individual participant circumstances to other participants or third parties. We ask that participants similarly respect the confidentiality of what other participants share in group settings.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre before proceeding to litigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued enrolment in or attendance at programmes after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
