— Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?
Each programme is designed for a specific stage. Charting Your Finances assumes no prior knowledge — it is the appropriate starting point for most people. Navigating Investment Waters works best for those who already have a basic handle on personal budgeting. If you are uncertain, reach out and we can help you assess which fits best.
How are the sessions conducted?
Sessions run in small groups at our Anson Road premises in Singapore. The size is kept small — typically 6 to 12 participants — to allow for discussion and personalised attention. The Long-Range Financial Voyage also includes two private one-on-one advisory sessions alongside the group programme.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 14 days before a programme begins, a full refund applies. Cancellations within 14 days but before the first session will receive a credit towards a future cohort. We understand circumstances change, and we approach each situation with flexibility where we can.
Are these programmes regulated financial advice?
3mmonitor Mark delivers financial education, not regulated financial advice. The programmes teach frameworks, concepts, and tools for thinking about money — they do not constitute personalised financial planning advice under the Financial Advisers Act. We encourage participants to consult a licensed financial adviser for decisions specific to their situation.
How do I register for a programme?
Use the contact form below or call us directly. We'll confirm availability, discuss which programme suits your situation, and walk you through the enrolment process. Cohorts run on a rolling schedule throughout the year.
Can couples or families enrol together in the Long-Range Voyage?
Yes, and we actively encourage it for the Long-Range Financial Voyage. The private advisory sessions within that programme can be conducted jointly, which often makes long-term planning more coherent and actionable. Group session rates apply per individual; please enquire for household pricing details.
Is the content tailored to the Singapore financial landscape?
Entirely. All three programmes are built around Singapore's regulatory environment, financial products, CPF structure, tax context, and investment options. The examples, tools, and discussions reference the local market rather than generic international material.
